Justin Lamar Carter

Directing is engrained into Justin’s DNA. First showcasing his leadership capabilities when he joined the US Navy at age 18, Justin served from 2004-2011 with a combat tour in Afghanistan with 1st Battalion 6th Marines as a Hospital Corpsman (combat medic). After leaving the Navy, Justin continued his drive to lead by attending Howard University and working for multiple government agencies including the State Department, FDA and FAA. However, during this time, Justin’s call to lead began to merge with his desire to create and showcase stories. He picked up a camera in 2016 and never stopped rolling. Justin’s goal within his projects is to  tell stories that are authentic, relatable and personable. It's important to him to find the humanity in every subject. Some of his clients include Shea Moisture, United Airlines, Google and more.
